BENEVOLENCE

Assistance is available to those in need in the amount of $50. Assistance can only be applied for once every six months with a maximum of four times. The assistance includes rent, utilities, medicine, and gasoline. No assistance is given for deposits. Thrift store vouchers are given for clothes, shoes, and household goods. Fire victims are given furniture according to the availability at the stores. Vouchers are also given for the food pantry for those in need of food.

Anyone who needs help must come into the office and fill out an application. They must provide proper identification and proof of the bill. All applications are subject to the approval by the benevolence director for each site. Benevolence applications are taken on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am to 1pm at the following sites:
